"Brand new property, very nice and roomy for small family. There were 4 adults and 2 small kids in our party. We caught few fish but not as many as we hoped for. Very relaxing. Short drive into Heber Springs for restaurants. "
"Clean and comfy! Great mattresses! Exactly what we needed! My 20 year old son enjoyed the space from parents in the loft bedroom. I enjoyed using the kitchen table as my sewing station. The men enjoyed fishing nearby. Hubby really enjoyed the live music in the downtown at night. We ate in a couple meals a day so there was plenty of dishes and tableware. Host left lots of snacks so. Really enjoyed those. The Keurig seemed to have bit the dust by there was a drip maker too which is what we prefer anyhow. Thanks to the hosts!"

All of our needs were provided for…from toilet paper, to paper towels, and trash bags…even seasonings, olive oil, and pan spray. We played and kayaked in the freezing cold water; while shocking, it was also refreshing. Would definitely recommend to future guests. "
