“We arrived after 10:00 pm. No one was at the front desk for 30 minutes because he needed to help another patron and he was the only one working. A line formed as we all waited for check in. Our key and another patrons key did not work for the assigned rooms- so us and another couple back to the desk. With help- the key finally worked but someone was already in our room! Poor other patron to be woken up after 11:00 pm. Finally - we received a vacant room with a working key at 11:30pm. Exhausted.……

“From an outsiders prospective I was not expecting to see that people living within the Inn. My first thought was am I safe. However, the staff was very accommodating and had wonderful customer service. Turned my thoughts around 100%. “The room was nice and convenient being on the first floor since i was traveling with a dog, but there was an odd smell when you first entered the room i assumed because it was a pet friendly room and looking closer the next morning there was MOLD on the desk chair and on the wall by the air conditioner. There were also issues with the television and remote which the front desk did try to fix but due to a language barrier it could not be fixed.”
