“Location is very local very walkable to the marina, duval, and sunset pier. Yes you can park your car on the property yourself for a daily fee . But your choice. Atmosphere is pleasant and decently modern for Key West. Rooms are decently sized and beds were 2 queen size. Me personally I’m not fond of carpets due to they do hold a lot of dirt dust and I’m sure other stuff. Carpet is worn out to an extent but not super bad. Bathroom was a nice size with shower and separate soaking tub. Value for……

“We had a fabulous stay at the Duval Gardens, now part of the Southernmost Beach Resort Hotel (guesthouses) Great location and the breakfast in the morning on the porch was lovely. The beds were a little firm for our liking but other then that the stay was perfect. Kimberly took great care of us and made the stay even better! ”
