Hilton Cardiff

8/10 Good

"My company booked me into the Park Plaza, they refused me a room, plus several of my colleagues too, saying they didn’t have a booking. The Hilton said they were full too on reception and I explained there was a room on the Hotels.com app? They said ok book it quickly as we always overbook rooms and you’ll get it as you’re here. I have stayed in hotels for work a few times a week for 30 years and have never had this. Thankfully I got a room and nice breakfast and they had to move the following night. All thanks to hotels.com, I wouldn’t book with anyone else. Their customer service is amazing."
