“I arrived at the hotel in a state of panic due to my "check engine light" . After having the problem diagnosed by Auto Zone I explained my problem with the desk clerk. He was so helpful and committed to find a solution. The wonderful Maintenance manager to the rescue! I got back on the road for home feeling confident and safe. Thank You to all the staff for your help!”

“The hotel is located within a very busy shopping district. Lots of stuff to do around. Don’t need a car. Can walk to most places to buy food, grocery, clothing, etc.”

“Our room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Checking in was efficient and desk person was friendly. Breakfast was good with enough variety to choose from. The stairs to our floor did not have enough light. The hall is carpeted and the odor in the hall (perhaps from the carpet?) is not pleasant. When in the hall, you can hear people talking in their rooms. ”

“The entry door was warped and could not lock. We crammed a door up against it before we went to bed. The toilet leaked. The phone did not work. There was almost no toilet paper. We had to hunt some down because the front desk phone must not ring. The television was not plugged in when we got there, but even after plugging it in, we only had four channels. The Wi-Fi password did not work. Thank heavens we were only there overnight.”

“breakfast was pretty standard but good. staff was nice. bed was pretty comfortable. shower door was a bit odd and got water on the floor so we had to lay towels down. the toilet handle got stuck flushing a few times”

“Nice hotel, very convenient for a road stop. Good breakfast, plenty of options available. Room was clean and had everything you need. Staff was very friendly and we checked in and out quick. We have been welcomed on our late arrival with lemonade, cookies and tea. Thank you! ”
