Joanne at front desk the am of my check out went out of her way to give directions and followed up by printing out the directions and seeking me out to make sure I had the print out and answer any questions. That's service above and beyond. The facilities are clean and comfortable and breakfast is included in the daily rate. A very good value in my opinion.

Clean, large rooms and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible

I haven't stay in a holiday in for a long time. Last time experience wasn't too good. But this time was different. We came ro PA for a train ride and the other hotels on the area was booked or too expensive. We checked the reviews for this hotel and we decided to give it a try. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were confort. The kids loved the pancake maker and the coffee was very good...We would come back for sure.

Staff is pleasant and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and plenty to eat!

Great experience. The breakfast was delicious too

Very friendly staff and the facilities are very clean. Nice rooms.

A pleasant surprise. They did a very nice job renovating this building. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

The room is clean, the location is awesome and breakfast is good and a a lot to choose from.

This Place was clean and comfortable, was kind of different as it's built into the side of a hill and when you enter you are on the 4th floor so to get to your room you take the down elevators. View from room was great.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The owner, Alyson, was there each morning to greet us with coffee and tea, as well as wonderful breakfast options. My wife had the same thing, salmon/spinach omelette, each morning. She loved it that much. Fresh fruit and homemade bread completed the plate. There are many other options as well. Overall great experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and very quiet.

We were most impressed with the lady who checked us in when we arrived. Super nice and helpful.

Excellent check in & staff. Only there's a smell in room but nothing too bad. Worth the stay.

Amazing stay. Entire penthouse was clean. Property is beautiful. We will return next year. If any questions or concerns Carolee was always quick to respond by text or call. Youve got all you need at Houser's crossing.

I’ve stayed at this location several times and love it. It’s my go to location on my wait to New York from Indiana.

Great location. Clean! Comfy beds! Will be staying here next time we are in the area!

Very clean, great bed and quiet. Stayed for 2 nights. Very relaxing 🙂 the only thing that would make it better is if they lit the candle- lol.
