“The place was great and very clean and nicely decorated and organized. Our only issue was the washer and dryer, no instructions and hard to get clothes clean. ”

The only thing I would mention, is considering the amount of money spent, I was surprised with how much was asked of you to do before leaving as early as 10am, I also had an email saying don’t strip the beds, but a text message an hour before we have to be out, to say we did have to strip the beds? I would just make sure any text……
