“This hotel is in a great location its handy for shopping and entertainment. The hotel itself is a bit dated and in need of some refurbishment. Our room was really nice much better than rooms we have had in this hotel before. We went to get drinks in the hotel bar before going on our night out, 4 members of staff were at the reception area chatting we sat for 10 minutes and and no one came to serve us so we got up and left, the staff were still there when we left. The bar area had changed since……

“At check-in, I was advised that the bar & Resturant were both closed, the hotel is operating on room only, service users were council tenants, with several congregating in corridors, strong smell on the premises.”

“Breakfast was most terrible in my life cheap joghurt(tesco),musli,juice, No fully top up the breakfast area. Left over before day bread next to the toaster. Room was clean but the mattrace is so bad conditions(time for change it!) Staff was helpfull and nice”
