The room was okay but the bathroom always had a foul smell. There are no elevators so if you don,t get the ground floor you will have to carry your luggage up two or three flights of stairs. They waited until the third day of my stay to give me some house keeping regardless of my request. The don't replenish hair conditioner which is important to know because the pool dries out your hair. some of the staff at the food stations had bad attitudes. The shuttle bus needs to be booked in advance. The entertainment at night was nice."
