“It was very good in general. The elevator was not working for the first two days and we were on the 4th floor. The pool bar and restaurant did not open until 6PM which made the experience less pleasant.”

I has several Surprises for my husband’s birthday and they accommodated all with ease. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff are beyond phenomenal. Rooms are clean and beautifully done. “I stayed here for 5 nights and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms are outdated and have a strong musty smell from humidity. The dehumidifier leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor, making it slippery. My daughter fell because of this, which was very concerning. The rollaway bed smelled terrible and was uncomfortable to use. Housekeeping was one of the biggest disappointments. During our entire stay, they mostly just emptied the trash. The room was not……
