“There is a lot to do at this resort. Our room was clean, fine/basic, with no air conditioning. It included a good breakfast and hot springs. There were many restaurants on the property, but only two were open. Mirador, which had a beautiful view and plenty of seating. It had good food, but was expensive. The other restaurant was a $30 buffet. The resort is in a remote location, so there are no other dining options within an hour. There are many fun activities to do at a cost. It's cheaper……

“This is such an amazing resort. Beautiful property and friendly staff. I’ve stayed in both the bungalows and the villas and they are both very nice. The natural sauna and hot springs are delightful. We love sitting on the patio area of the restaurant with a beautiful view. The restaurant staff is always very nice and attentive and the kindness of Diego and Mariana to remember my friend’s birthday and set a special table for our dinner was exceptional. This resort has all the activities on site.……

“We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,……

“Buffet was ok. I’ve never been to a resort with such a small variety. Air conditioner didn’t work in our room. Night Entertainment you could sit and read a book through it. Definitely resort not for people who like to dress up every night. Beach area was bad. This resort was beautiful but not impressed at all with the amenities or food. If you like a quiet vacation this is the place.”

“The hospitality is fantastic at the property—the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, our room was upgraded, and the spa service was perfect. Where secrets can improve is the cleanliness and the upkeep of the rooms and property. It definitely seems a little dated for its rating, and the sofa and chair in our room was stained in a way that we didn’t want to sit in them. It was nice to have a quiet pool and a party pool but the water in both were so hot it felt like bathwater. We……

“Bar wasnt really a bar swim at bar is fine but it closes at 6 PM. Food wasn’t worth nothing no buffet style just pork every day every now and again you’ll get fish. I don’t eat pork so I had to eat at local restaurants almost my entire stay so all inclusive is definitely not worth it. If you are vegan or pescatarian you can’t eat here also they served me pasta with nothing on it just pasta straight from the water. I have included a picture.
