“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……

Of course the room was fine/clean etc. (I thought the "barn door" was cool;) Nicholas was great - easy check-in, friendly, funny, accommodating (he checked in with me later: attentive but not intrusive). The overall atmosphere and treatment were just what I would want.👍 ”

“This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. Several fees were also added that were not obvious when booking. The experience did not reflect the property’s……
