"Room was not clean at all, found a bed bug right in top of the sheet. I reported it to the manager and she refused to refund me because she said if there was bed bugs there would be more than 1\. I have picture proof and let her know we didnt even sleep in the room we had to leave a book somewhere else. I did dispute it with my bank. Very unprofessional and will never stay here again"
