"I didn’t like that where the Oriental guest service person put me in room 140, it had no coffee maker, no writing pad, or writing pad, plus the heater that was in there didn’t work. Good thing I had a heater in my car, I went and, got the heater! That was the 2nd room that I was put in, that had no coffee maker! I’m so disappointed in the staff and how they place you in rooms like this! I won’t be back! The hotel lost my business."

"Carpets were dirty. The floor was loud to walk on in the room. Internet didn’t work. The breakfast was not fresh and very little offered. For the amount that was charged I could’ve stayed in a much nicer hotel downtown and had a decent breakfast"
