“Hot tub in my room came in handy. I came to town for a concert and I definitely enjoyed coming back to my room and soaking in the hot tub, after standing for 6 hours. Will definitely recommend and come back when I come to indy.”

“Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel……

“Breakfast food was ok, but had a large variety. The pool was very cold. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. ”

The FIRST floor room’s window that was left open& wouldn’t shut, the stink bugs crawling on the wall, the mold growing on the bathroom wall, or the leftover food still remaining in the fridge from a previous guest? It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust. ”

“WiFi is a bit spotty, our room had the linoleum boards separating and the floor was sticky because of the adhesive. Over all it’s fine and kid friendly, just needs a bit of a face lift and better WiFi situation!”

“The room didn’t match the photos or description. It was poorly maintained and unclean. I contacted the hotel and Expedia, but they didn’t do anything. Not recommended. I left the property and I did not receive a refund ”

“I booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. After pre-checking in i went to the desk and had to give my ID again and then I was told the Pool AND hot tub were down for the same issue. But I was given a pool view room. The room wasn't very clean and the sheets had stains. The bathroom still had trash in it. The hallways had the same trash in it for the 2 days we were there. There were chairs shoved in all corners of the facility. The pictures online are NOT what you will get when you……
