“This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of……

It was rainy, so had to drive in a park, but in sunny weather downtown, Sundance is easily walkable. Host was nice and communicative, process was easy with good directions. We would stay again.”

We arrived and per instruction, were told to go to the 1st garage where we would put a code into the lock box and get a key fob that would allow us access to the doors into the buildings. After about 7 tries and a message to a CSR we had been given the wrong code. We finally opened the box and no key fob, so no amentities. We were instructed to use the door at the front of the property in order to get to the apartment until they could……

“Nice comfortable ground level condo with everything needed. 10 minute access to Ft Worth Stock Show. Only complaint was banging doors in the am from the stairwell that are directly adjacent to the bedroom.Very attentive hosts who responded quickly to questions and kept us well informed.Will stay again”
