"Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, room was clean. We did not have breakfast, which is our only thing that could have been better, if breakfast hours were longer. Otherwise everything was great! "

"The room and bed were very nice. I would return. We were glad some refreshments were available for purchase in the lobby - however, charging $9 for a can of beer was excessive. "

"The staff was helpful, and everything was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable too! Overall, I would say we had a good experience. However, the only issue I encountered was when my husband and I came back on a Saturday night around 10 something and there was loud music coming from one of the meeting rooms on the first floor. It was so loud, that it was shaking and reverberating the walls of the first floor as we walked to the stairs. Also, there appeared to be a bouncer outside, and I think I may have smelled weed. While it stopped at 11pm, it definitely took away from the overall experience. This is why I give it a four-star review. "

"I am writing to formally document a series of escalating incidents during my stay on 3/16/25-3/22/25 that culminated in a staff member threatening to file a false police report against me. Incident Summary: • Time and Location: The interaction took place in the lobby area—which I noted is covered by security cameras—shortly before 4:20 PM. 1. Service Failure: I requested room service twice and never received it. After being here 5 days. Staff Misconduct: When I requested towels, a staff member Sam the Executive of housekeeping. yelled at me and refused to give. Defiant Misconduct: When I informed the staff member that I would be filing a formal report regarding this treatment, she stated, "I don't care if you file a report." Threat of False Reporting: The staff member subsequently claimed that my presence while waiting for the towels made her feel "threatened." She advise another staff member to call the police. At no point was I aggressive or unprofessional; I was simply waiting for the basic amenities I had requested multiple times. I am currently in contact with the Cobb County Police to document this threat of a false report. I expect a full investigation into this staff member's conduct and a written response regarding how the hotel plans to rectify this situation. "

"Was at the hotel on business for a tradeshow. Said tradeshow was held here. The amenities for the training rooms and for where the vendor affair took place was fine. However, the rooms are very dated like 1980’s and so small. The refrigerator sat on the floor, not in a cabinet, no microwave. The light switch for the light in the hall is in the tiny mirrored closet, LOL. The beds were hard as a rock. The lighting is horrible. The water takes forever to get hot. The toilets are low riders the counter top in the bathroom too low and we were beside the cleaning closet so we could hear everything going on over there so the walls are paper thin. Staff were very friendly, the food was great."
