"Booked a 2 queen room for 3 people. On arrival was told they had a mishap and could only give us a king with roll away bed. They apologized for the mistake and offered to comp a night. We reluctantly agreed. The roll away bed was decent but not ideal. They did not follow thru and comp a night. Nor did they add points for a free night. Also, Construction at the nearby hotel that is being built next door is very loud, throughout the day and late past midnight. "
