“This house has been the best I’ve seen in a while based on what I’ve payed for. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that I had anytime I needed them. The pictures don’t even show how good this house is, you just have to see it for yourself. This house would nicely fit a good 10 people if you really wanted to. It had extra house keys just in case you stayed at least a couple days and multiple people needed to get inside. Every single room you walk into, there is a nice scenery……

“To all potential guests: you want to stay here! Book it now. This place will not stay vacant it is so nice.We have been travelling for a few to several months for work over each of the last 5 years. Your home and you personally rank in the top 3 places of the hundreds we have stayed in all that time. From the welcome snacks (yum) and the bottle of wine to the extensive toiletries we felt welcome from the start. The ice machine part of the refrigerator was broken so you had supplied a countertop……

“The house was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. We stayed just a couple of nights to explore downtown ATL, which was about a 10min drive. Atlantic Station is a very short drive away for restaurants and shopping. It has a private driveway, so we didn't have to worry about street parking (which would not have been difficult). It is a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic.”

“This is a great house in an area that is coming back to life. We enjoyed being so close to downtown as we attended a concert and used Uber.”

“We loved staying here. The house is very nice and the jacuzzi was a nice addition. I will note that there weren’t any paper towels or k-cups for the coffee machine, so you may want to bring your own. Thankfully there is a Kroger very close that we could pick those things up.There is also so much parking which is really nice.”

“We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The house was immaculate and the host answered all of my messages right away. The game table and arcade game didn’t work but we didn’t care as we had plenty to do otherwise. The stove is amazing if you like to cook. Bring your own laundry pods if you plan to wash clothes.Other reviewers said that they did not feel safe. It is a low/mixed income neighborhood. We were there to conduct public opinion surveys for 2 weeks and talked to over 300……

“Overall, great experience and if we’re in the area again we’d definitely rebook! Home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There’s a patio/deck for you to enjoy with a nice backyard. The home is small and intimate for a family of 4-6 but not too small that you’re on top of one another. The kitchen and bathroom have a nice modern feel/look. The check-in process was simple and the home homeowner was very quick to respond when needed. The only thing that was off to me was an individual staying……
