"Staff are very friendly. Property is under complete renovation. Room has no hot water, mentioned it to the front staff several times, I just gave up. Housekeeping was not regular, went three days with none. The funniest part of the stay was as I was leaving I needed to know why the bed made such awful crackling sounds, the mattress was indeed new, complete with the plastic wrap it was delivered in. They just threw linens on top of it. "

"At first glance this property is nice, but the listing is misleading and the home has not been well cared for. It's really a shame that VRBO is allowing property managers to remove less than stellar reviews that are actually accurate. This is my second try submitting a review on this property. The hot tub is cold unless you pay an extra (high) fee per day after booking. The property is dirty, uncared for, and has broken furniture and light fixtures that flicker all day long. I have photos and videos of this. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. All around is was an uncomfortable stay and not worth the value of what we paid. Very dissappointing. "

"Staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was the only low point. There was no barrier to contain the water inside of the shower. So, the water from the shower would spread to the floor outside of the shower. Outside of that, the room met my expectations."

"The room was clean. My wife reserved a room prior to this stay because she had a seminar from her work. We wanted to stay an extra day, so I booked another room. We asked the staff if it was possible to check us in the same room so that we didn't have to pack and move to another room. The hotel was very accommodating and was able to help us with our request! Awesome CS and would definitely stay here again! "

"Worth the inexpensive cost. Comfortable beds. Great for families. Unit was not ADA compliant, but we didn't need that this trip. Kitchen utensils well stocked. Quiet for sleeping, couldn't hear outside noise, but downstairs noise echoed upstairs, and upstairs walking could be heard downstairs within the same unit. It's a nice walk to the pool area. Lazy river smaller than expected but still fun. Decor is a bit older, but it was clean. Cable and Internet didn't work all week. We talked to maintenance and they said there was already a work order, but nothing was fixed while we were there. Publix grocery store and restaurants nearby. Disney is 30 minutes drive. 2 hrs to the gulf. Showcase of Citrus just 15 minutes up the road. "

"THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it also felt like I didn’t belong there. Any gated community that is so upscale and expensive would probably have rules against renting out houses like this to multiple guests passing through. That was super weird. The parking situation was abysmal. They had painted a series of parking spaces into the cement, which included a sideways parking space that blocked the other cars. It was hard to get out of the house the next morning due to being blocked by another person‘s car. Next came the long list of house rules. I can understand the need to have them, but would it kill the hosts to say please? Instead of saying “DO NOT…”, how about saying “Please refrain from…” I also received them multiple times via emails and texts. Redundant. The bedroom doors were also super thin and cheap, and although they did lock, they could easily be kicked through. Not very safe. Lastly, I was forced to upload a picture of my driver’s license to check in. Not cool. Would not stay again or recommend."
