沐浴露两天才送来，马桶坏了两天打了四次电话最后才给换个房间。浴室地上还有毛发，两个房间都有。一共住了七天，还有两天没有打扫房间。算是我住过做差的

Everything is good . The most disappointing is the front desk told us can’t use the fridge . we may have to pay the drinks in the fridge if we open the fridge door even we don’t take or use anything. It’s ridiculous for a five star hotel can’t allow to use the fridge in such hot days season. There’s no coffer machine or kettle & I tried to call for a hot water and had been told that will charge $35 & wait for an hour.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

精華區段，在The Strip上，房間窗外就Sphere LV。住宿區有明確門禁，安全且寧靜，只是要穿過長長的迷宮般走廊才能到達房間就是。
