"This place is wonderful for a family gathering away from all of the craziness and it has everything you will need in preparing dinners and such. I will state that the playground and beach area should not be listed as the playset is old, not safe to use, and there really is no beach area. I am a lake person but will will not want to jump in that lake, it's more for the calming scenery while sipping on your morning coffee which is great on that huge back porch.
