Perfect Home base for NACA tournament
We were in town for a basketball tournament at Fort Bluff. This was a perfect location for those that weren’t at the camp. The laundry was great too and helped this Team Mom get uniforms ready for the next day. Plenty of space for all of us to relax in between events.

Very nice home everything you need. The master bedroom needs a new mattress but plenty of bedrooms. Kitchen is nice and plenty of space. Lake is beautiful.

Quiet lake getaway
Had a quiet vacation, but wished the fishing was better. Didn't get one bite the whole week. It was also at least 2 hrs for any real site seeing. The house was very clean and nicely stocked. This was perfect for a very low key lake living. The sunsets every night were beautiful!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
This house was better than pictures. Every thing was fresh..immaculately clean and looked recently renovated. Communication with owner was very good. There were no issues at all. The dock was solid and perfect for two bass boats. It would be a perfect place to stay if you are tournament fishing.

Good location and beautiful lakeside view
Location was close to activities and very close to a great hike to see a waterfall! The neighborhood was quaint and peaceful enjoyed sitting on the porch. Only draw back the carpet and furniture were a little outdated and not as desirable to lounge on or sit on. Other than that accommodations were great! We will suggest this property to others for sure!

Our family so enjoyed the lakefront location of this property. We brought our kayaks, rented a pontoon from the marina across the cove, & swam & fished from the pier. There was ample room for all to spread out.

What a WONDERFUL home!
This is an older home but it has been immaculately kept! The owner was amazing and we could not have been more pleased with the home and the location. It is located right across the inlet from a marina so we were able to rent kayaks and paddle boards...the marina had live music on Saturday so we were able to enjoy a concert from the back deck! The views are to die for, the private dock was recently renovated and was the perfect spot to sunbathe or fish, the house had everything you could possibly want or need. We will definitely be back to enjoy this home again. Thank you again, Mrs. Sharon, for a perfect stay!

Great place to stay
Our stay was great. Property is perfect for our group of fisherman. Property owner was very nice and reached out to us to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying again. Only complaint I had was unrelated to the property, however I did not enjoy dealing with Evolve at all. Only had to deal with them at the beginning however their customer service is terrible and the person I spoke with was less than pleasant. I do wish VRBO would go back to what it was...vacation rentals BY OWNERS not middle companies that raise the cost and are a pain to deal with. Dealing with the owners themselves was always a much more enjoyable experience. With that said this property is great and will be staying again.

Amazing Views!
Comfortable and clean. We really did not need anything but our food! The house was clean and felt like home. You don't really need to bring anything but your clothes and groceries! The vies from the deck are amazing ! We will definitely stay here again!

This was one of our best places we have ever stayed and the manager was so accommodating. The house was located close to Dayton and all the stores and restaurants. We had s ix guys and three bass boats and all of them said we would do it again.

FISHING FUN
We had a great time,we brought our boat for bass fishing,caught 7 good bass. Kids caught bream from dock during the day and used them for bait at night for catfishing.They caught 1 huge ble and one huge flathead. Kids loved kayaking to Blue Water outpost for supplies.

Wonderful weekend. The home was very nice and well equipped. A beautiful property and great view! It was closely located to some wonderful places to eat and grocery! Spent one day in Chattanooga which was close by!! Will definitely go back!

Great views, great location!
We chose this property for 6 couples each with a small child for a fishing tournament. The house was spacious and as spectacular mountain and lake views. It was about 10 minutes from the Dayton boat ramp. We enjoyed trips to Chattanooga and local hiking trails. Kitchen was well stocked, nice washer and dryer, and the ping pong table was nice to have. The kids also had a great time fishing off the peer. Overall this was a perfect choice for us and I would highly recommend it. Especially at this price point.
