Beautiful location, scenery, loved the apartment. Disappointed about the supplies, Very meager.

The supplies such as dishes, glasses, etc. were less than desirable. Otherwise, it was great. The BEST view of the ocean... great amenities otherwise.

Worst ever

Room was filthy, coffee pot still had old coffee left in maker, floors were dirty and our feet were black from walking on the floor. We were supposed to check in at 4 but had to wait for room to be cleaned until 4:45. They never cleaned it, but said they did. My wife had to clean the room. Old sheets were left on the pullout bed. Do not stay here. Ruined our stay. To make it right they took off the cleaning fee. All they did was give us back what they didn’t do. You have been warned.

we had a great stay! the room was clean and had all the things we needed! the location was great! only complaint was the weather, but the indoor pool and activities helped the kids stay occupied! definitely recommend!

Oceanwalk Condo

Clean, spacious condo in a great location. Walk out the door to the ocean walkway and boardwalk. The resort itself is really great for families. Staff and security were super helpful. Daytona Beach was a little more run down than we expected. Overall, this condo is a really great value!

Amazing view

I can’t believe how lucky we were to get this place. It’s so roomy. And the view !!24th floor!! The amenities were great , I loved the lazy river. We were able to walk to food and cocktails but the full kitchen came in handy for meals in. Helps with the budget. The bed was very comfortable and the jetted tub was great for our backs. The room was nice and clean but if there had to be a negative it would be there was no broom. I felt bad leaving the floor dirty. I would love to stay here again ! All the comforts of home but with a better view !!

Broken AC and uncomfortable bed.

The AC would not cool below 74 and the room was very humid. Every surface felt damp. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Hard as a rock.

Beautiful location with lots of amenities.

Check-in was less than desired. There are snags when units that have been owned by the same families for years, who were granfathered-in when Wyndham bought the property, and have guests in those units. The resort had my reservation number and unit number, but did not have my name associated with it, so would not allow me to check in. Then, despite our unit being a non-Wyndham unit, we were still contacted multiple times by sales staff wanting us to sit through their multiple-hour presentation (with our 4-year-old) during our vacation. It was just a bit much.

Perfect time away!

We've stayed at many different rooms at Ocean Walk and have never had a bad experience. This trip was no exception! First, the room in the pictures is the room you get. I can't stand those room choices that note in the fine print that this is just a representative of a room you might get! This room on the 24th floor had a spectacular view! The couch and bed were extremely comfortable. And the shower was perfect! Plenty of hot water and plenty of water pressure. This was our first time on the Club Wyndham side (to my surprise upon arrival) as I had always heard that they pressure you to sign up for a time-share so I tried to avoid that. NOT TRUE! I simply told them at check-in that we were not interested and they gave us our wrist bands and everything else we needed at the front desk. It was such an easy and pleasant experience. Plus you get some nice extras such as a towel service at the front desk. You just stop on your way to the beach or pool, ask for towels, and they have a laundry basket to drop them off in when you come back. One small note on the pool. The south pool and the lazy river are closed for some renovation work. They are removing the bridge over the lazy river that used to take you to the little putting area. That area has been closed for a long time but kids would try to use the bridge to jump into the pool. So they are going to make it just a flat area between the south pool and the lazy river. I heard they should be done by December 15th. The north pool was still open and it was wonderful. It was a great week and we will be back!

Lots of broken items including: toilet handle, dresser drawers, closet knob, ice cube trays. No televison instructions. The TV in living room would not come on at all, the one in the bed room turned on, but could not get any programming. The floors & balcony were dirty. After walking barefoot my feet were black. The furniture on the balconey consisted of 2 cheap chairs & no table. There was no water pressure in 2nd vanity sink. It's difficult to believe any property manager would represent it in that condition. We requested our cleaning deposit back.

Nice property to rent

We stayed with our seven-year-old daughter. The property is nice and has a beautiful view on the 24th floor immediately facing am amazing view of the ocean. There are a few things that could make this property much nicer including the following: Broom with dust pan Small vacuum cleaner Kids friendly cups Oven pans Additional cooking utensils that are more robust More bath towels Small table outside in balcony Tea pot Slow cooker Salad spinner Stainless steel colander for draining hot spaghetti There was a sign in the room asking to treat the property as our own home. Without a broom/dust pan and small vacuum it was difficult to keep it as clean as our own home. A swiffer spray mop would be a definite plus as well especially for the kitchen and bathroom/Jacuzzi area. There were a number of plus points for this property including the following: Nicely equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave & blender Your own washer and dryer in the unit Personal Jacuzzi Comfortable bed Wristbands which allow easy access to the room, parking & property 24hr check-in Close to the movie theater and restaurant area Quite rooms, never heard our neighbors The linens were OK on the bed however would be nice if they were just a little bit better quality but still acceptable. There are a few personal items that are available including small soaps, shampoos, conditioners and dish soap as well as a few laundry & dishwasher pods. You should keep in mind you’ll need to purchase your own supplies, which is fine. Unfortunately we did not interact directly with the owners. It seems that the property managers handle everything. We requested a later checkout time and we were told by the property managers that was completely unacceptable. We had to absolutely leave the property by 10 AM sharp.

It Was Okay

Liked the layout of the unit and was happy with its cleanliness. However, the furniture - except for the bed - was old, worn and uncomfortable. And pretty much every surface was scratched and cracked. Ran out of toilet paper on the last night. Went to the hotel desk just to see if we could get one more roll. They said no. Didn’t want to buy more for just one night so stole it from a public restroom. A broom and/or vacuum cleaner might have also been helpful.

Great location alot to do in walking distance

Needs updating furniture is well worn pull out couch is useless . Had an overnight guest ended up sleeping on the floor . Dresser draws are broken TV had issues would freeze up half way through a show . On the upside very clean and spacious master bed was comfortable. Well supplied dishes coffee pot ect . Hotel is great also very clean staff is friendly . Stay away from the pizza place across the street Check out Don Vitios for Itailan food Unreal the best

Honeymoon Paradise

This was the best room to have during our honeymoon. It had a beautiful view of the beach and a breath taking view of the sunrise on the beach. The resort had lots of things to do and places to explore. There was never a time where we didn't know what to do during our stay here. The room and resort were clean and we notice that the staff was cleaning constantly throughout our stay. This made us feel more comfortable especially during covid times. Would highly recommend to our family and friends. This will always be a trip to remember.
