“The property has no signage on the outside so was difficult to know if we were at the correct place booked. Booked a king size bed for 2 (husband and wife), was given an accessible room with two queens. Although there was a Keurig coffee maker in the room, there were no cups and no decaf pods. I went and asked for decaf and was told they didn’t have any. I had to push to get them to make me some decaf as I was cold. The bath towels were thin, the beds were sloppily made. When we checked……

“Check in was easy, room was very clean and quiet. No USB ports and I forgot to get the wi-fi password. We were only there 12 hours and I would go there again. I loved that my car was right outside the door. Parking spaces are plenty wide. There is a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Everything went just fine.”

“The front desk man was very nice, and my first room smelled like natural gas and he believed me and gave me a new room. I appreciated that. He didn’t give me an attitude or anything. I don’t remember his name but please tell him thank you! I was already stressed out and he made my night better! ”
