This place is amazing. I was visiting family, flying in from Texas and was surprised to see this on Expedia. The room was clean, the intracoastal is like 5 minutes away. Great dining options nearby. Fresh coffee and fruit always on hand. Loved it! Mind you, this is not the Breakers or Biltmore. It is a funky little motel with great staff, clean rooms and perfect location. (Understand that going in, and you will fall in love with it.)

Its quiet ,friendly and caring staff ,NO STRESS about where you can park ,or be FORCED to pay for parking slot ,like other places I've stayed .And the rooms are always clean and comfortable. There could be some improvements on the television reception. Otherwise the resorts ( RICHARDS)are VERY NICE for the prices .I'll definitely stay again and again with them and recommend to family and friends.

I went up to Hollywood beach to spend my 25th birthday and I must say I completely loved it! This hotel is amazing. It's steps away from the beach, Boardwalk and all the local bars on the strip. The room itself was beautiful. You know when you go to a hotel and it has those flower sheets that look washed out and old? Well this hotel had none of that! Everything was super modern and comfortable. The shower was divine. We got there a little earlier then check in time so we layed out on the beach...
