"This was the perfect place to come back and relax after long days at the field.It was literally two blocks from the field my son was playing on. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Being able to walk down stairs and around the corner to grab coffee or a bite to eat made it even better. Jennifer was a great host and her recommendations made our 4th of july in a small town great! "

"The house was very welcoming and perfect for our stay. The three bathrooms worked great for our group size. We liked the location downtown and quick access to any part of town. Host was super easy to communicate with on check-in process and any questions during the weekend. We will definitely stay again if availability next time we are in town. "

"Great location to baseball fields we played at. Great neighborhood with close proximity to most of our needs with children (eating options, coffee shops, ice cream, and city swimming pool). The house met our needs and was very clean/comfortable! Host was very prompt in answering our questions! Would definitely stay here again should our travels bring us back to Dyersville again!"

"I was there to Umpire at a baseball tournament. I asked if I could have a "later than late" check out on Sunday so I could shower before I drive home. The manager graciously allowed me to do this. It made for a much more pleasant drive home (3.5 hours). This was truly appreciated!"

"In town for my son’s baseball tournament. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy but at 5’5”, I found it somewhat difficult to get into such a tall bed. It was very comfortable, but I hated how awkward it was to literally climb into the bed. Only truly disappointing aspect though was no pool. It was a long, hot weekend and while us parents were wiped at the end of the day, the boys were looking for refreshing pool time, which meant more travel time for us to meet up at others who’s hotel did have the pool. "
