"There was cockroaches in the room and they only provided the beds with two whole pillows when we arrived and when I checked out it took the man running the desk in the morning 20 minutes to come out of his office to check not only me but 2 other individuals to check out of this place. "

"The room was great but the staff was even greater, especially LOU PATINO!!! I checked out of my room and had over an hour wait for my ride to pick me up. I was coughing as I had allergies, but my medicine was all packed away in my suitcase. Lou could hear the distress in my cough, brought me an antihistamine, and then went in the back and made me a cup of hot tea with lemon. I felt so much better and was much perkier when my friend picked me up. Lou was so nice and went well beyond the call of duty for one of your hotel guests…me! Thank you so much, Lou!
