“We’ve always enjoyed staying at this hotel when we come to Holton; it’s clean, the rooms are clean, and comfortable, the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast is sufficient enough to get your day started (you get what you pay for), and we enjoyed it. The ONLY “knock” was there was NO clock (or “cheat-sheet” for The T.V., i.e., what channel is what). 4.5 out of 5!”

“Seemed clean but the rooms were filthy. Months of neglect in cleaning. Coeaning only what you see in a quick inspection. Was very dirty everywhere. Very disappointed. Needs a deep clean. Suggestion hire a firm to clean then new staff on rooms. Not the mgmts fault on this. Very kind. Just believe staff is lying to the managers that work is being done every day.”

“What an amazing place. Close to town if needed anything. Beautiful deck to set on and enjoy the gorgeous views. Close to the lake. Property was clean. Nice size house everybody was able to move around and not be on top of each other. Very friendly hostess.”
