“Checked in later in the night, was given a room key. Would not work. Turns out the room was already occupied. Glad I wasn't shot trying to get into someone else's room. Given a second key, went in the room to use the restroom and the toilet seat was broken off. Went back to the desk and was offered a screw driver to fix myself. Hotel manager was notified by email and was showed pictures of the room, however no response after a week. Cannot recommend this hotel.”

“There is no maid service at all. Stayed for 3 nights and had to call using my cell phone to call the main number because nobody answered the hotel desk phone in order to request towels and acted as if we were putting them out. Only a small tube of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel which was used first day and was not replaced because no maid service. Reserved a pool cabana and there was no drink service and they never even opened the cabana or pool bar. Had to call to inform the hotel desk and……

“Looks like an old Fairfield Inn hotel. TV did not work in room. Outlets on side of bed did not work. Room had fridge and microwave. Pool was shutdown. Not worth saving a couple of bucks to stay here.”

“nice clean roomy room. bar staff was excellent, but it could be a little bit bigger. extra charge of $14 to park in the lot behind the motel - since 98% of their guests are with a car, this was not expected or appreciated. overall nice property”

“I just needed a simple place to stop and get some sleep, and this fit the bill. The registration staff were excellent—they were totally prepared for my arrival, and check-in was a breeze with zero issues. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was already cranking at a chilly 59 degrees when I walked in, which was great. A couple of minor things to note: there are no coffee makers in the rooms, and the corner shower felt a bit cramped. The parking lot could also use some better lighting. Overall,……

“Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!”
