“Most staff were helpful,a member of restaurant gave a Fawlty towers experience very abrupt and had to be reminded of completing dinner order and getting the bill. Meal was amazing but very let down at breakfast which we didn't eat. Bar staff were super helpful. The room was adequate but could do with a yellow strip at high step as you entered in the courtyard rooms.”

“Limited parking space, staff is helpful and friendly, I can see lots of dog owners check in every time passing the reception. Limited resources provided inside the room which is understandable for this price range.”

“Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom”
