“Clean and comfortable room with useful amenities like in-room electric kettle and hair dryer. The Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were consistently polite and accommodating. The young lady who checked us in was personable and exceptionally helpful, particularly in attempting to resolve problems connecting our phones, iPads and laptop to the hotel's WiFi. Clearly though, there was something wrong with the hotel's WiFi hub(s) as we have not experienced difficulty at any of the 6 other……

“I was hoping that they would connect our rooms since I booked them together for our family/kids, but they couldn't accommodate. The bar closed very early for a weekend, just my opinion. And the Kelpies was supposed to be a 15 minute walk as advertised by everyone, but nothing is mentioned about how unsafe it is to walk areas that have no sidewalk. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The lift was broken, that is why I rated it a four instead of 5, stairs were difficult with my heavy……

“Nice relaxing stay, if booking through 3rd party be careful of room designation offered we nearly fell foul of that as originally not as shown on booking and upon confirming with hotel found an error as hotel had put us in room 1/2 size at highest point in hotel best to book direct imo. For disabled requirements a bit misleading as there are none. Staff helpful and some EV charging available not shown on website.”

“La propiedad está ubicado en un suburbio bastante agradable y silencioso, a 5 minutos de la parada de autobus urbano que conecta con Edimburgo, las instalaciones están en condiciones óptimas así como la limpieza, el staff siempre fue muy amable y brincando información útil, cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito y un pub que no pudimos visitar debido a nuestras actividades. Excelente lugar para descansar y con precio muy accesible si no pretendes quedarte en el centro de Edimburgo”
