The property was located in the perfect spot to enjoy all Denver has to offer. The check in process and one particular employee was extremely unhelpful at check in and on another occasion. Valet Shay was great, Tommie at the front desk ended up helping us get to a room, any room, which wasn’t the one we reserved but we enjoyed it and the complimentary snacks, drinks, and the breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi a couple times. Get there after check out and before check in, nobody is there as like I said earlier they do not check in earlier so that was an advantage once you were checked in. Gotta say it was pleasing except this one particular employee who was unhelpful, we even asked her about the printer so we could print our boarding passes, she gave us the wrong directions and the computer wasn’t working, I suppose her just sitting in the chair doing the bare minimum was acceptable, but don’t expect any thing more, she did not want to be there, that we could tell. Just like the first time we found another employee and by the next day we could sign in but for some reason we’re unable to print our boarding passes. The valet was wonder (although pretty pricy), the staff (minus the one mention), the property and the location was great for us…
