Our home has ample lighting and gorgeous design elements throughout! Hardwood flooring blankets the space and the impressive ceilings allow for the natural light to flow in. The vibrant, airy living space is highlighted with a Queen sleeper sofa, half bath, and a balcony to take in some fresh air. The contemporary kitchen boasts quartz countertops including a large island with plenty of room for both cooking and eating, stainless-steel appliances, and spacious cabinetry filled with all of the cooking supplies the chef of your group could want!

The 3rd floor is where you’ll find a full-sized washer and dryer, the master bedroom with an ensuite bath offering accessible features, and a Queen bedroom with a detached full hallway bathroom.

Centrally located near the Highlands and a short drive from the Pepsi Center, Convention Center, Coors Field, and several downtown activities, Denver is your oyster! If you’re a sports fan, the Broncos Stadium can be seen from the rooftop and is just a few minutes away, offering a thrilling hometown atmosphere.

If you brought family, the Children’s Museum, Downtown Aquarium, and several parks, are less than 5 minutes away! Stop by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema to catch a movie and great service.

Visiting Larimer Square is a unique experience you won’t want to miss! There are year-round events, historic buildings, and indie shops that offer a fantastic atmosphere.

The garage is unavailable, but street parking is very easy to come by. A car isn’t necessary, though! It's a great neighborhood for walking around and the home has plenty of space. We love walking and using Lyft!

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

There is a camera over the entryway that covers the front entrance.

However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).*
