Kim at the front desk was extreamly helpful with assisting in locating the valet the location. Younger valet gentleman was extremely friendly and polite. Would recommend definitely the hotel

Cleanest room I’ve had in over a year of traveling! I’m picky about cleanliness….hotel rooms should be super clean and so often lately, they just aren’t. But the Thompson was fantastic! The rooms are smaller but they are gladrefreshing in that they don’t look like every other hotel room out there- and did I mention they are clean?? My daughter and I were in Denver for just one night to see Noah Kahan -whom was also fantastic btw-and the Thompson was within walking distance to Coors field-it was the perfect night, one we will never forget! We walked back after the show and felt 100% safe the entire way. Don’t hesitate- stay at the Thompson! Its beautiful hotel in a perfect location! .

Hotel was in good location. Unfortunately given a room that was facing large a/c ventilation unit and at the elevator entrance in hall. Constant humming noise from outside. Refrigerator in room broken so all the drinks were warm. Slow service in bar. Due to all the above issues I will choose a different hotel next time.
