They are trying really hard to be be great but fell short. First night at about 11 pm the club across the street started their rave. It was so loud we couldn’t even talk in the room. We were put in a new room with a loud ice maker. It was horrible. The bed was very very soft and low and extremely uncomfortable. Parking is 2 blocks away which we knew but the lot was in sort of a scary area that we didn’t want to walk in late at night. The location is overall great for RiNo, the coffee shop was convenient and there is a bar on the top of the hotel but we didn’t go to it. Great security measures too. Overall though we were exhausted when we left and would not return.

When we checked in, we were placed in a room right beside the elevators. We knew we would hear the "ding" sound all night long, so we asked if there was another option. The front desk attendant was very kind to upgrade our room at no additional cost! We were celebrating a special occasion so we really appreciated that gesture.

The property does not disclose that parking is off-site, in a dirty, dangerous area, with a ton of construction. There is no valet service. The room is large, the bathroom is very small. Lobby area was dirty with dead flower petals on the floor, lighting above front desk is filthy. Will not return.

I did not like that the parking is a block and a half away that you have to walk to. We checked it at 9:30 PM myself and two kids and had to walk in the dark to the hotel. Also the lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. Could have explained you need to use the key card to run the elevator. It was late and we were tired and could have used a little better explanation parking and elevator. Also needed a tooth brush was told sorry but one we only have tooth paste. Also kids were running in the hall late in the night and knocking on doors.
