"This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol. We were a small group three adults and one teenager, so when I say we had room LOTS and it was EXCELLENT!! Although it says not baby...

The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate."

"15 mins after entering the property received complaints from owner. Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay."

"Overall it was a nice comfortable house to stay a few nights in. Buffalo as a city is...rough...the area isn't the nicest but the inside of the house was nice. Washrooms were clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Parking right out front which is convenient. Short Uber ride to the casino and KeyBank center. Will stay again in the future. "Karrie is an amazing host! This is the second time that we have stayed here for work. It's hard to believe we were working while enjoying this beautiful home. Everything we needed was in the house. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with all of the essentials, extremely comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood was great for walking and the beach is just across the street Can't wait for our next work trip"

"The property was very nice. There’s a very nice backyard but not really set up to sit out and enjoy the nice weather. The front door is very tricky with the keypad. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it !!"

"We came to town for a family reunion and we really enjoyed our stay. It is set up almost like a duplex, so my family was able to stay downstairs and my sister's family was able to stay upstairs. Very clean and LOTS of towels if you need them! Management was very attentive. Highly recommend!"
