“We had a pleasant stay at Garner Hotel Londonderry - Manchester by IHG. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from arrival and check-in through the rest of our stay. While it’s clear the property is older, it is well maintained. The rooms are very basic and amenities are minimal, but everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel felt welcoming, and we would stay here again.”

“We had a great stay here . Clean and front desk was nice and friendly the only caveat was they were under construction so the two top floors were but available but it never bothered us . Also a nice breakfast in the morning was available. ”

“I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”
