“The property was in a good location and convenient to the trolley. It could use a little fixing up but overall the property was good and i would stay again.”

“Location was convenient to all the things we wanted to do. Near the French Quarter and the convention center. It was clean and quiet, when the people above weren't stomping back and forth. Or the neighbors outside grinding on a table. The beds were comfortable. But there is only 1 small dresser in 1 room. 2 rooms have a closet, but no tv. The 3rd room has a tv and a side table next to bed, but no closet or dresser. Consider that if you plan to stay. The tv in the living room, turned on. But……

“This property was great! I loved the added security of badging in. The neighborhood was quiet and it was located within walking distance of so many attractions. The property manager was super helpful and super responsive! Would stay here again!”

“Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!”

“If you want just the basic this is definitely the place. For the most part the owner was responsive but not really welcoming before check in. There was 4 people staying and they provided 4 towels 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels and when asked they confirmed in their messages they only provide the “basics”. Maybe my definition is different? I have stayed in VRBO over the years and normally host are welcoming and helpful. The couch was clean but definitely not comfortable. It was……

“Absolutely loved the property! It was very conveniently located, parking was amazing. It is newly built and very spacious. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available. My only complaint is the price, the cleaning fee is as much as a 1 night stay. ”
