Photos are so fake like catfish worthy it was super dirty thank goodness the bed was okay or else we would’ve lost all out on all our money. The shower didn’t drain it was dirty there was hair all over the bathroom floor the only clean part was the toilet somehow. It was way too expensive for being this dirty.

No pool like it shows windows broken, top latches to lock the door at night are broken one of the rooms the bathroom was busted didn’t feel safe at all...asked for a full refund so we will see if I don't I'm disputing it with my bank.....10 out of 10 do not recommend

So my first room the tv did not work. I had to go to the Baymont next door, as there was no staff at the desk at the super 8. The desk clerk at Baymont moved me to another room, cool, but I still needed to get my things out of the original room ! She made another card so I could get my things, I got them and moved to the new room, and returned the card for the first room. Got into the second room, which was nicer. The tv in the second room did not work either ! I decided#@$& it, and did not go back to complain ! My second night, I got back after work, and the key would not open the door ! So another trip to the desk at Baymont ! As there was still not anyone at super 8 desk, and they are both owned and operated by the same people !

I have never been to a hotel in such shambles. As we walk in to register there is a piece of paper directing us to go to another hotel to check in. We drove over and registered, only to then return to super 8 where there is no staff….at all. The building smells of cigarettes and cheap cover up spray. There are black pieces of something under the bed sheets and toothpaste on the counter. The toilet paper bracket is broken and the stool has pubic hairs around the rim. The pool is drained except the small amount which is stagnant green liquid. The TV doesn’t work and of course when I called the front desk, well as previously mentioned, there is no one at the desk. The hallways are dark, minimal lighting. Just enough to make one think that going in at night will be scary. Speaking of lights, there are 2 out of 3 that work in the bathroom. Grateful for the 2, especially since the mirror is so full of film we can’t see ourselves. WE have booked 2 rooms and spent close to $400.00. This is awful. I’m so upset with the entire thing. I would really like to not return tonight and find another hotel but for the amount we’ve already wasted, that isn’t a possibility.

No staff. Had to go to another hotel to check in or ask for help. AC hanging off wall. Tv did not work. Two days multiple times asked to fix and nothing. If you wanted anything had to walk clear to another hotel, even then no assistance. I didnt get anything that was advertised or paid for. Never again. I deserve money back.

This place is a safety concern!!! Room was broken into. I steped on rusty tack in hall in my foot went straight threw my shoe. Windo was wide open someone had been in our room in our bed took my medicin! Hotel didnt do anything

Worst stay ever. Was gross stunk there wasn't even cable box or remote for TV even though it says they have free Wi-Fi and cable. No one works at front desk you have to go to the hotel next door if you need anything and then they act like you're stupid or something. Just very unsatisfied especially for what they charge.
