When you're not exploring the nearby eateries, golf courses & family-friendly attractions of Destin, you'll even have two TVs, a DVD player & free DVD rentals downstairs for your at-home entertainment.

BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita (866-651-1869). Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view of the ocean right on the beautiful beach

We enjoyed our stay at the Pelican. It was right on the beach looking at the ocean. It could use some updating simple paint, new couch, chair cushions, bedding.

Great location but unit needs maintenance

Pelican Resort was great. Staff were all very pleasant.Unit was clean but very musty. There is definitely a moisture issue. Light switch in bathroom in the bedroom has a short. Lights went out when I was in the shower. Also a short in the outlet on the mirrored wall closest to the kitchen. Lamp was going off and on. Would not book this unit again.

Great View

I’ve used Vacasa many of times at different condos and they were easy to work with. The view from this condo is outstanding. It’s over the pool but high enough where the noise wasn’t a problem. The two FULL bathrooms are fantastic.

Outstanding Experience

We loved this place from the moment we walked through the door! While I wish we had been made aware of the renovations/construction, we did not let this interrupt our stay. The place was clean, fresh and had just about everything we needed. 100% would recommend Pelican Bay to others.

Great views. Enough sleeping space. Resort has 3 pools. Pull out couch not cozy but a kid will be fine on it lol. Kitchen has all basic needs, including dishes and cook ware.

Let me start off by saying i never leave reviews on anything but i believe this needs to be address for others.This was our first time staying at this resort and will probably be our last due to our room. The refrigerator did not work the entire time we were there. We spent over $300 on our groceries before we even realized that it didn’t work. There was a very small dorm size refrigerator that was also placed there so im assuming they knew the conditions of the fridge, but it was usless becuase even it did not have any shelves. We let Vascasa know the issue but we never heard anything back. There was a bad water leak in ceiling in one of the bathrooms that we had to put the trash can under to catch the water. It was very disappointing to spend that much money on a condo for our vacation and it turn out like that. The resort itself was good with alot to offer other than this room.

Great location but has some issues

We love the location and the access to all the pools. However the room has some electrical issues. The outlets in the bedroom would barely hold any plugs and for us being cpap users this was not ok. We also couldnt charge our phones in the same outlets at the same time. The light in the master bathroom would flicker and go out at times. Other than these issues everything else was great!

So peaceful!

We really enjoyed the resort at Pelican Beach. It was right on the beach just as described. We enjoyed walking the beach every morning. Our room was very clean, spacious, and enjoyable. Loved hearing the roar of the ocean. The resort staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we had a question.

Family Destin Vacation

The view from this condo was breathtaking! The condo complex was nice with easy access to the beach. The condo was very clean but had a musty smell- there is carpet in the living space which could be molding underneath. We had to buy febreze on the first night to mask the smell.

Amazing view and clean condo

Long weekend trip. Cute, small condo. VERY clean and comfortable. Perfect view of the ocean. Listing mentions a shared washer and dryer are included. Not sure where those were located? But didn't need them for our stay. I'd recommend unit 607 and I'd stay here again. Vacasa was very easy to work with and provided all the information we needed.

My husband and I were looking for a new spot to stay for our annual vacation. This one was great! Very clean and nice. Loved the pools and tiki bar! We had a blast and enjoyed the view!

Not terrible

This specific condo needs some updates and a good deep cleaning to the ceilings and walls. The ceilings had brownish spots all over in the bedroom area, bunk bed area and hallways…. and the unit itself could just use some simple updates for the price you pay to stay here (scuff marks/repaint and the carpet being removed). Also the blankets are paper thin, so I recommend bringing your own. The resort itself was great. The pools were clean, it was right on beach and they serve drinks and food during the day by the pool. Also if you are traveling, keep in mind you do have to wait until the check in time, there’s no early check in option. Overall, we had a great time!
