East 301 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the third floor, East 301 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 301's contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combination to complement your next Destin vacation.

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building, specifically on the North/city side of the buildings. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including work outside of North facing windows, and restricted access to parking spaces both on the lobby level and in the garage. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies and all other amenities. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the expansive, furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers plenty of seating with two chairs and two benches. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, nine-foot tray ceilings, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen and is complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a garden bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom also has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and also overlooks the greater Destin area. The third guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom, third guest bedroom, and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
