Your dream beach getaway awaits on the Gulf of Mexico and the panhandle of Florida! This unit allows Snowbird Friendly Rates from December- February. Renovated in 2023, this lovely resort is mere steps away from the sand and surf, so spend your days on the water either lounging, collecting shells, or renting water equipment like paddleboards and surfboards. Make sure to keep an eye out for any dolphins swimming by to say hello! An array of amenities are provided to keep you entertained, including pools, a hot tub, a sauna, & world-class tennis courts.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in a favorite movie on the large TV, or serving brunch on the private balcony with spectacular ocean views. All three sofas fold out into queen-size beds. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will enjoy a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures, with a sofa bed provided for extra room.

Things to Know
Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in or stay. If you are under 25 years old and are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that is 25 years of age or older, you will not be permitted to stay in this unit. Please call Vacasa as soon as possible about your reservation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
