Ever dreamed of living in a Sandcastle by the Sea? Visiting this iconic Destin beach house in Destiny by the Sea is sure to delight your most vivid imagination. Formerly known as “Casa Oceana,” Sandcastle by the Sea is a three-story Mediterranean-style palace which provides 6,000 sq. ft. of expansive indoor living space, generous outdoor living spaces, comfortable sleeping for 24 guests, and endless options for family fun! This beautiful home features gulf views and large second and third-floor balconies with seating as it elegantly wraps around its private courtyard patio with private pool and waterfall.

Upon entering Sandcastle by the Sea, the entry hall on the first floor features a pool table and wet bar with mini-fridge, and provides access to two bedrooms, the garage, and the private elevator. The first-floor king bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and walk-in closet and is located next to the entry hall's full bathroom. Also on the first floor is a bunk bedroom with three twin-over-twin bunk beds, which also features a flat-screen TV and walk-in closet. A media room adjacent to the wet bar, with seating for 6 and a large flat-screen TV, provides a theater-like experience. Additionally, the first floor provides access to the home's centerpiece—the large courtyard patio and private pool. This private oasis features a gas BBQ grill and lots of patio furniture for seating, dining, and lounging by the pool.

Moving up to the second floor you'll find the open-floor-plan living area. The living room features a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and access to two balconies, as well as comfortable seating for 9 people. Additional seating is provided by the adjoining kitchen bar. Here you'll find seating for dining and gathering for up to 10 guests. The state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen features modern elegance and functionality with marble countertops, tile backsplash, Thermador® stainless steel appliances, and an island with a mini-sink for plenty of kitchen workspace. The dining area in the central part of the second floor features a large table with seating for 10 and views of the patio below. Beyond the dining area there are two more bedrooms, a half-bathroom, and a laundry room which provides a front-loading washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The bunk bedroom sleeps 10 in two full-over-full bunk beds and 2 twin-over-twin bunks, and features a TV and private bathroom. Next to the bunk room, there's another king bedroom with a private bathroom, and offers access to the large second-floor balcony, a view of the pool area, a flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet.

The third floor features a spacious sitting area with wet bar and mini-fridge which is centrally located among the three king bedrooms. The first king bedroom features a flat-screen TV and access to a shared hallway bathroom. The second is a roomy king suite with ensuite bathroom which offers a jacuzzi tub, water closet, shower, dual vanities, and walk-in closet. The suite also provides a TV and access to the large poolside balcony. Rounding out the top-floor bedrooms is the extraordinary master suite, featuring a sitting area and a dimensional ceiling and exposed beams for a spacious retreat. It also accesses two balconies, one which allows amazing views of the gulf and surrounding neighborhood. The suite also includes a luxurious private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, water closet, dual vanities, and walk-in closet.
