Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout Checklist: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE LINENS IN BATHTUBS- leave in piles on the floor. Do not do laundry, please. Strip beds, take out all trash (Garbage chute by the elevator).
Load and start dishwasher, and return armbands to the basket. There will be a $20 per band charge for any unreturned armbands. This will be charged to your card on file.

Ahhhhh Mazing

This condo is literally perfect! 3 beds, 3 bath, nice size balcony and dining room table- plenty of room for everyone. Loved the master bed and bath- the views!!! Kitchen is stocked. Beach is amazing! Pool was great! Loved everything about this place!! We will be back!

This condo was absolutely amazing! Beautiful view-even sitting in the living room area. Fast elevators! Short walk to beach! Very responsive owners! Gorgeous pool! We got married while there, and couldn’t have asked for a better condo!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a fantastic week at this location. We had everything we needed. The view is spectacular. The water was calm and crystal clear. There was plenty of room for our family. The beach umbrella service was excellent. We stayed the full week. We had few questions along the way and the owner responded promptly and was very accommodating. The Jade East beach front is not overly crowded. We took a snorkeling trip mid week which was 10 minutes away. Lots to do in this area. It didn’t rain for us but I feel confident we could have been comfortable in the condo relaxing or out shopping nearby if we had rainy days. We cooked all of our meals. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. Luckily we were full sun everyday. It was a very relaxing stay. We will book the same unit again.

Destin Family Vacation

This is a beautiful condo with incredible views! Our family had an amazing time staying here. The kids loved the beach access and pool! Condo is incredibly well stocked for cooking at home.

Beautiful condo with fantastic views

We love the layout of the 3BR 3 baths at Jade East. It’s perfect for 3 couples traveling together. The third bedroom/bath has a pocket door to turn it into your own private suite. The owner was very accommodating and great at communicating. We love the convenient location of Jade East to the Harbor and Back Porch areas. We’ll definitely be back!!

The Emerald Coast didn’t let us down

Property is exactly as advertised. Spectacular views of Destin and one of the nicest beaches I’ve visited. Very family friendly. Jackie was an excellent host - flexible and responsive. This was our first time to Destin and it didn’t disappoint.

This condo was beautiful! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was clean, comfortable, and had with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being just steps away from the beach was a dream! The host was absolutely amazing as well. Such a great communicator, always responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. You can tell they really care about their guests, from the easy check-in process to the thoughtful touches throughout the condo.
