Interior elevator lobby, fabulous open floor plan, custom furnishings, draperies, wall coverings & accessories, custom cabinets, & corian countertops in the kitchen., Separate laundry room, reserved covered parking. The grand room adjoins the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room which flows to the deck with two recliners and high back chairs and table. Lots of open space and seating, great for entertaining! Large screen TV and entertainment center. Trey and coffered 9-foot ceilings, & large sliding glass doors. All bedrooms walk out to a balcony. King Size Bed in both master and second bedroom. Couch folds into Queen bed. Each bedroom has its` own TV and DVD player. Wireless high speed internet is available. Two beautiful lagoon pools and with spa. Silver Beach Towers has building security: amenities include tennis,gas grills and outdoor dining area available. Interior Features: Breakfast Bar, Ceiling:Raised, Floor:Tile, Floor:W/W Carpet, Furnished:All, Shelving, Split Bedroom, Queen couch with linens, Washer/Dryer, Window Treatment Our unit is located directly across the street from, The Track, and short walk to Big Kahuna`s. Condo has a very nice lay out with views from all rooms , spacious, very comfortable . We are water drinkers so my only complaint was no ice maker or filtered drinking water …but loved the place other than that !

Silver beach condo
Great location, easy access to pick up keys, pool was freezing, only one hot tub worked. Appliances are dated and rusty but unit was clean overall. Elevators were fast. Goregous views on the beach! Walking distance to go karts, restaurants etc.

Great view!
We’ve stayed in this condo twice and it’s the perfect view and layout for two couples. It wasn’t the cleanest in the bathrooms this time but it is an older unit. The mattress and couches could be replaced or comfort. We stayed a complete week and I feel that more supplies like toilet tissue and paper towels were not adequate for the length of stay and the price it reflects. It’s just a little thing but would show you care more. Also, we were inconvenienced for a day without water because of condo repairs. I realize it’s off season but it needs to be compensated if that’s the case. Management was great!

The beach is so beautiful very quiet. At the beach I have just 2 chairs available for my apartment he charges my 20$ by day for 1 more chairs. The apartment it’s nice need renovations carpet very old

Quick Get-Away
A group of four of us decided to stay in Destin for just 3 nights. Wanted to experience the beaches and explore the area. The Silver Beach resort is perfectly located and has awesome amenities. The unit itself had all the basics and the beach chair/umbrella which were included made everything easy. But unlike other places I have rented via VRBO, this one lacked any kind of kitchen spices or basic condiments. Not a bad thing, but renters need to know to bring all this stuff with them. I would recommend this unit.

Check in wasn’t easy
Great location, rooms were nice, but it could definitely use some updating. Also, necessary supplies such as TP and dish soap should be supplied for the stay, guests should not have to go buy it. I own a VRBO, and necessary supplies are always provided for the entire stay and re-stocked if run out. Late check ins need to use side door, which no one told us.

Gorgeous beach
The views were stunning. The location was great. The only issues we had were the carpet was old and felt wet to our feet and the deck furniture was rusty, otherwise it was exactly what we needed. The beach and the pool and the beach service was fantastic. The condo is clean. The bedding was sufficient. The only issue was the remotes for the TVs. Didn’t have any directions on how to use and we had to replace batteries.

Great Stay!
Great property in an exceptional location. We saw dolphins and fish from the balcony every day! The pool was heated. Having complimentary beach chairs was a great addition. The front door lock was a bit tricky, but we just used the deadbolt and after that, we had no issues.

Thanksgiving week vaca
The condo was beautifully placed right on the beach of the emerald coast. However, the check in process was a pain. It required a stop to the office for keys to unit. The office was unmarked and hard to find. There wasn’t anyone in the office during Business hours. Also, the master bathroom shower drain was completely stopped up. I reported it day 2 of our week vacation and wasn’t fixed. 5 inches of water was standing in shower for entire week. The rental agreement was supposed to be sent over via email within 48 hours of booking. I didn’t receive it until a week prior to trip. Trip had been book for 2 months. This rental agreement had important info regarding parking. I trailered motorcycles Down on a 6 foot trailer and having this information of No trailer parking on premises would’ve been useful. This created a hassle during our vacation that could’ve been prevented if the information was delivered within a timely manner. I did relay this to manager. She stated she would then send info to her boss. I never heard from them again regarding this matter.

Fabulous Views
We stayed 4 nights in November. The views were breathtaking! The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples. The only negative I found was in the communication between owners to get the keys when we arrived. They’re email had gone to my spam. I finally found a phone number that someone actually answered. A bit frustrating. And for the price I paid - I at least expected toilet paper. I’m from out of state and don’t carry that with me.

Overdue getaway!
Property was absolutely gorgeous. Pools were amazing. And beach access was even better. Condo was VERY clean as I own a cleaning service so I was impressed. Condo is dated but that’s not a concern for me being as I don’t live there. Only thing I would change would be the beds.. not very comfortable they could stand to be updated to a better mattress..other than that our stay was awesome!

Great location and building!
The location was great! The building as a whole was very nice! The building is owned by a different company then the one that listed the room. The company that listed the room was hard to get in touch with. We had minor concerns regarding some damages done prior to our arrival as well as our departure date being incorrect. We did get in touch with them. That was basically the only hiccups we had! The TV DOES work despite other reviews- it is just confusing. The AC is locked so you can't change it up or down but it was a nice 67 degrees so we were ok with that. The laundry room light was dim and they only had 1 roll of TP per bathroom. Which is most likely the cause of a lazy cleaner and not the managers themselves. Other than that, the condo was great! Great view of the beach from all rooms! I would have given 5 stars but the driving 15 mins the opposite direction to get keys and the availability of staff knocked it down a bit. It would be super beneficial of they worked with the building owners to get a lockbox for thier rentals on location.

Better condos available at silver beach towers
We’ve stayed at silver beach towers for years now and have seen lots of different condos in the buildings. This unit has not been updated, had several maintenance issues, the tvs did not work, and there was a 30 minute drive to retrieve the keys to open the condo, as well as a 30 minute drive out of the way to return the keys at the end of the stay. Going keyless like the rest of the condos in the building would be so much simpler. We will not stay in this condo again.

Very outdated. Patio furniture was wobbly and unstable. Freezer did not work, fridge produced luke warm beverages. The disturbing thing is I saw this same comment on previous review and the owner has done nothing to fix the situation.

Condo with no refrigerator
Refrigerator was not cold from day 1 and no ice maker! I called to report the issue they said they would send someone out. Next day was Sat. I called to ask about refrigerator. They said some one was on their way. Sunday I called they said sorry no one will come on weekends to fix the fridge it would be Monday. I called Monday they said repairman was coming leave key under the mat outside of the door. No one came called back that afternoon they said sorry it will be tomorrow. So Wednesday left key out. I one came so no fridge or ice for the whole week I did not go on vacation to deal with these issues! Carpet needs to be replaced and garbage disposal leaks under sink! I was trying to be understanding but that is so wrong and I was doing all the following up and no one seems to be concerned! Also one of my keys out of the three did not work so we went out one night and could not get into the garage or my room!!! I had to go to the POA and not all his keys worked but one he finally got us in but the door is very hard to open and close again needs maintenance but that does not seem to be important to this owner I would not stay at this condo unless you want to deal with multiple problems!

Great location and condo complex; bad management
Location was great. Pool and beach were fantastic! Condo was nice. Issues: 1. We had to drive 35 minutes out of our way from the airport to pickup and drop off our keys at the property manager office. 2. None of the TV remotes had working batteries - had to buy all new ones. 3. The main couch in the living room had a very strong smell of urine. If you sat on it your clothes smelled like urine. 4. Hardly any instructions on getting into the building, handling garbage, etc. 5. I called, emailed, and texted the property management company with questions and didn't receive any responses. 6. No cleaning supplies or leftover item from previous guests (coffee filters, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc). 7. The coffee pot was disgusting and had a thick layer of burnt coffee seared to the bottom of it. 8. Only one of our keys worked in the door to the condo. 9. We had no reservations for chairs/umbrella on the beach. Everyone else who rented a condo had access to them but we did not. 10. The main kitchen light did not work. For staying at a luxury property like this we would fairly disappointed in the property manager. We had friends staying at the same location with a different property manager and didn't run into any of these problems. We are definitely planning on returning to Silver Beach Towers but will not be going through Best Beach Getaways.

We love Silver Beach Towers, the views is so amazing and wonderful, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t very good. I have booked to stay 4 nights but we just left the condo one day before, the host is so uncommunicative, I drove from GA and never got any email about how to get the key or anything else so stressful, when was arrived there I met a beautiful girl Jennifer she works there and help me a lot, the true is She was my angel, so glad to have this girl in my life. Afte she helps us, we drove far from the condo to get the key, I spoke with a person so unprofessional and all the time ask me to be like quite, was supposed to enter in the apartment at 7pm but we just go getting in after 9pm, ours kids super stressed, bad bad. The refrigerator wasn’t work, so we had to buy ice every day to keep food and drink in good condition, it was supposed to be a lot more fun, but we left the day before. When renting this apartment, bring paper towels, toilet paper, towels and also cleaning materials, knife and extra forks and spoons, broom or sweeper so you won’t be stressed over simple things. The worst experience for me was not having a hair dryer, my hair is huge below my buttock, imagine arriving from the beach and waiting for your hair to dry naturally, very frustrating. My best friend and I was so upset about it! I hope the owner fixes the fridge, because in the summer this is super essential, provider hair dryer and some stuff and being more attention with his customers, would be amazing!

We had a great trip. The view was Beautiful. The check in & check out could have been better. They need a drop box or somethings at that condo instead of having to drive 20 mins out of the way to get the keys. Overall time was grst though.
