CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

On-site amenities include a newly-renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Seasonal amenities include beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar, and a splash pad.The fitness facility, and gift shop, are all conveniently located on premises and complimentary DVD rentals are available to enjoy at your leisure.

Should you need additional room for your personal or professional functions, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1508 is an expansive three bedroom, three bathroom condo accommodating up to twelve. Get comfortable and settle in, as this unit is ideal for hosting a crowd. From the fully-stocked, well-appointed kitchen to the bright and cheerful open-concept living/dining space, you’ll find every comfort from home but with a view! After a fun day at the beach, cozy up for a movie on the flat-screen TV or around the dining table for a puzzle or board game. Sleeping options include the two private suites, both with king-sized beds. Additionally, another private suite with a twin and double bed, flat screen television, and in suite bathroom. For added convenience, you will find an additional set of bunk beds in the hallway.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

You’ll always find something to do in Destin. Start your day at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! There you’ll find a plethora of boutiques, waterfront eateries, and an assortment of water activities, including paddle boarding, kayak rentals, world class fishing, parasailing, and more! Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
