“The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. ”

“My stay was awful. Had ALOT of problems with the reservation. We took a 4 hour car ride just to spend another hour at the check in due to problems on the hotels end about my stay. The front desk was not helpful at all after showing all the documentation we had for our reservation through Expedia. They rejected all of what we were explaining to them and told me there was nothing they could do (couldn't call any support team for help) Because of this issue, there was a VERY VERY high unexpected……

“AquaPark was great and well organised ,all the team were very professional and kept the guests safe. Aqua manager was very cooperative and very friendly with special thanks to him. We enjoyed eating in all restaurants specially the a la carte restaurants All the staff did a great job to keep the guests satisfied, rooms ,F&b , reception ,GR,service tip top We will come back to Rixos Seagate thanks for making our vacation memorable. It’s a superb hotel.”
