"Very nice hotel with everything you need for a vacation in Mexico: right on the beach, clean, comfortable, great and friendly staff. Downsides: 1. during day time music was way too loud everywhere, I thought I need earplugs. 2. If you plan a long vacation (one week or more) it's better to go to Dubai, you'll get by far much better amenities there for the price"

"The room was very clean when we first came to our room and every morning the house keepers would come in and clean up the room. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Some people who come to my head are Juan David and Miguel the waiters outside,Axel from the front of the hotel greeting us and helping us get transportation and Margarita with her friendly personality greeting us to go into breakfast."

"The rooms were clean every day. Johnathan and Diego were our pool waitstaff and they were friendly, considerate and did a great job!! Israel Flores is the pool concierge and he always made sure everything was going well for us. Our room overlooked a small portion of the beach. You would have to get a luxury or presidential suite in order to get a full view. Nevertheless our room still had a beautiful view of the beautiful resort. We look forward to going back!"
