"The beach is beautiful but there wasn't not enough staff by beach or the pool. Loved the oacean view. I had asked to get move to a higher floor because the view from the first floor was minimal. I did asked to get upgrade because that's what it said to do on the Expidia app. They said they didn't show that. I showed them where it said it but still they said I would have to pay extra. I brought a friend with me because I been there before and I like it. They were suppose to call her about her room when it was ready around 3:30 and they didn't so I called them and they said it's been ready but no one called. "
